Instructions: How to Prepare Pistachio Lava Cake Step by Step
Carefully follow the steps to achieve a perfect "flowing center" effect:
-
Melt the chocolate and butter: Melt the butter together with the white chocolate in a double boiler, stirring until you get a smooth and homogeneous cream. Once ready, let it cool for about 5 minutes.
-
Prepare the egg mixture: Meanwhile, beat the eggs in a bowl, gradually adding the powdered sugar and Bronte Pistachio Flour (or the semi-finished product).
-
Combine the ingredients: Incorporate the cooled butter and chocolate mix into the beaten eggs. Stir vigorously until all ingredients are perfectly blended.
-
Prepare the molds: Grease and flour about 6-7 round single-portion aluminum foil pans (the classic muffin or lava cake molds) with a light dusting of all-purpose flour.
-
Fill and freeze (optional): Pour the mixture inside the pans, filling them halfway.
-
P.S. If you don't want to consume them all right away, you can cover the pans with plastic wrap and easily store them in the freezer: they will be ready to bake whenever needed!
-
-
Baking (the crucial moment): Bake in a preheated static oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 6 minutes. Warning: the minutes may vary slightly depending on your oven. As soon as the cake begins to pull away slightly from the edges of the pan, it will be ready to guarantee a flowing center inside.
-
Decoration and Serving: Gently unmold the cake. For the final decoration, melt the pistachio chocolate in a double boiler, drizzle it over the warm cake, and top with a generous dusting of Pistachio Granules.
Your masterpiece of sweetness is ready to be served. Buon Appetito!
