Instructions: How to Prepare Pistachio Swordfish Step by Step

Follow these simple steps to bring a refined and flavorful seafood main course to the table:

  1. Prepare the golden breading: Pour our Bronte Pistachio Flour (or granules), breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, a pinch of salt, black pepper, and chopped parsley into a flat container. Mix well to combine the ingredients.

  2. Treat the fish: Remove the skin from the swordfish slices. In a bowl, emulsify the olive oil with the lemon juice and lightly dip the swordfish fillets into this emulsion to flavor them and keep the meat tender.

  3. Breading: Coat the swordfish fillets in the prepared breading, pressing gently with your hands to make the pistachio mixture adhere perfectly on both sides.

  4. Baking: Arrange the breaded slices inside a baking dish, add a drizzle of olive oil on top, and bake in a preheated static oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 25 minutes, until the surface is golden and crunchy.

  5. Serving: Take your swordfish out of the oven and serve it nice and hot. Your gourmet lunch is ready. Buon appetito!
