Live an authentic experience in the heart of Bronte's territory, on the slopes of Mount Etna, and discover firsthand the history, cultivation, and flavors of Bronte Pistachio

The visit begins at the Vivaio Grassiawhere you can learn about the early stages of the pistachio plant's life and discover how it is born, grows, and is cared for before becoming a productive tree. We will guide you through the cultivation techniques, grafting, and agricultural traditions passed down from generation to generation.

Where we will take a walk among our pistacchieti, immersed in the characteristic landscape of Etna's lava land. Along the way, we will talk about the history of the Bronte pistachio, its peculiarities, the harvesting times, and the techniques used to obtain a quality product.

During the tour you will also have the opportunity to take a souvenir photo next to our iconic Giant Pistachio,, symbol of the company and the experience.

The tour concludes with a guided tasting of sweet and savory pistachio-based specialties, prepared to let you discover the different ways this ingredient is used in Sicilian cuisine. The selection of products may vary based on availability.

At the end of the visit, you can visit our shop and purchase Grassia artisanal specialties, taking home an authentic piece of Bronte tradition.
